Shipping Policy
Tacta holds responsibility for your order placement, production, and packaging. Once your order has been handed to our shipping courier, our responsibility terminates. Any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.
If your order has been returned to Tacta due to an undeliverable address or error on the customer’s behalf, a reshipment fee will apply, which will be billed to the debit/credit card on file. To avoid this, please ensure that you provide Tacta with an accurate shipping address to avoid these charges or unnecessary delays.
Including your phone number with your order so you may be easily contacted if there is a problem with delivery means we can resolve the issue quicker.
Tracking numbers
Shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. You will be able to track the order via the third-party courier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included in the final price of the products you purchase. Payment for the shipping will be deducted with the purchase of any items purchased via Tacta.
Dispatch time
Our production house operates Monday-Friday and will be closed during bank holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 5-14 days, depending on the quantity of your order.
Delivery time exceeded
If your order has not arrived within the time we have stated, please contact us so we can investigate this further.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they have returned to stock.
The parcel has arrived damaged.
If you are home when the parcel is delivered and notice it is damaged – you can try and reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our team. If the parcel has arrived without you present and you realise it is damaged, please contact us for further support.
Sales taxes
Sales tax is not included in the price, therefore will be in addition to the final price displayed on the website.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Tacta encourages you to know these potential costs before placing an order.
